The Pont du Gard is an ancient Roman aqueduct located over the river Gardon near Nimes in the South of France. The Pont du Gard was built before the Christian era to provide water to Nimes in France.

This was a beautiful morning at the Roman Aquaduct, the tallest in the Roman Empire. Travelling in Provence in the winter seems to mean no crowds, but pleasant weather by Canadian standards!
