"Room walls had visible stains, possibly from water damage. Otherwise clean. I requested to book a massage at their sister property, but the front desk never called back to confirm despite stating they would do so. I had to carry the luggage up and down on my own, which made me wonder what the doorman’s role was. Obviously, he wasn’t there to greet customers either. Breakfast and the staff managing it did an outstanding job and delivered on a consistent basis. "

"The location of this hotel could not be better! You fall out the front door into the middle of the action. Our room was exactly as advertised, very clean, and the pictures were very accurate. We were in the Deluxe Suite (Sulla Via della Seta), which was perfect for myself, my husband, and our daughter. She had a little privacy in her own room and her own bathroom! Service was top notch. "When I booked I liked the reviews about cleanliness and comfort -and it was !
We slept really well and the beds were very comfortable.
I liked the look of the roof terrace as I thought Bologna would be hot - which it was .
