Average welcome, not friendly. The 'no bath' wasn't advised until a few days before arriving so we couldn't check options. Room interior was bleak, not luxurious, bare flooring and very cold for the days we stayed. The balcony wasn't connected to the bedroom and it's high wall stopped any outlook. We had an Ikea style wardrobe with a safe high on the wall. We requested another option which was also bleak. The tv wasn't functioning, the a/c wasn't available so heaters had to be supplied. The breakfast room was cold and had very bright lighting, not pleasant. The food and catering staff were all quite good. Also the bistro was fabulous!
