"The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄"

Our only issue was the smell close to the gym area. We believe it was ammonia since in the heat and humidity it smelled like cat pee. Otherwise the property is wonderful."
