"The check-in was terrible. They didn’t accept a credit card. We had to pay in cash. The hotel is old. The location the worst. Drunk people outside at night, we had to call the police. Cotacachi is awesome but this hotel is the worst"

"My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."
