"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"The resort overall was beautiful. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the swim ups. Service definitely had its ups and downs. I’m someone that doesn’t like to spend hours at dinner. It would sometimes take an hour and a half to complete dinner. Room service was very slow. Most people call this island time, I’m just more fast paced( taking away from pool time). Pool drink service was on point. They remember what ur drinking and you never had to worry about an empty glass. Food...
