"We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . "The staff was wonderful. Just one person handling reception, bar, and dining. So way understaffed. Very outdated facility. Bathroom sink didn’t barely drain. Felt as the space wasn’t clean."

"Great hotel in the heart of Canterbury. Had a cot set up for us on arrival. Bed really comfy and shower great. Breakfast was excellent, highlight being the waffle machines. Parking wasn’t an issue for us as we used the park and ride which took 5 minutes and was a 5 minute walk to the hotel so really convenient and only £4 a day vs £25 a night if parking in the city. Staff were all lovely. Loved how they respected history when building the hotel with the ground window in the lobby showing the theatre ruins below. Would definitely stay again on another trip to Canterbury."
