"I made the reservation on line through Hotels.com. The major storm associated with the recent hurricane took away power from the area of the hotel and there was a lot of damage. I went to the hotel and the proprietor told me that my booking was not valid as The Oak Manor Inn is not even tied in with Hotels.com for booking. As such I was left without a room for that night. Very displeased with Hotels.com for booking a room that was ultimately unavailable."
