Not so good. Room smelled like smoke and mildew, mold in the fridge with past guest leftover dinner aNd bath towels. No remote, telephone or iron. When we did get a remote it still didn’t work. Finally they assigned our room to another guest who tried to get in late at night. Unable to sleep after that for fear. Never again! Spoke to desk and got sympathy but no refund

I had not been to this place in several years & they have since put up a big glass wall/room. It keeps the employees safe but doesn’t feel very safe for women checking in. I paid online so it would be quick but it seemed to take the same amount of time had I just walked up.

Several parts of the room were dirty, there weren't a deskt to work with my laptop, and nobody cleaned my room throughout my 15 days stayed. Bed it's very good, it is comfortable, you got an iron, microwave and a refrigerator.

the room was gross, there were stains and holes in the bedspread. rust and dirt on every surface- all thelamps, tables, bathroom. old used pair of socks in dresser. something sticky on floor. i had to go out and buy sheets pillows blanket and towels to even stay the night, which we had to bcus there was no other option.

Stay Away!

Terrible facility --- also, I reserved the room on Hotels.com 4 months in advance and when I arrived they did not honor the reserved price. They charged $177.50 more than the reserved price on Hotels.com Reached out to Hotels.com and they were unable to assist. When I check into room --- there was a toilet tank cover leaned against a wall --- there was a used washcloth hanging in tub --- Garbage in the trash can --- Destroyed toilet paper dispenser. I am willing to put up with a lot --- this was more than a lot!!

Last minute booking; resented as soon as I stepped in. The rooms are okay but outside is terrible and unhygienic. Rooms are non smoking but the pillows and sheets reeked of smoke. There was lots of shouting going at midnight and people loitering around. The front desk is friendly and helpful though.

The continental breakfast was basically a waffle and a bottle of water, thats it, supposed to be eggs biscuits and gravy, juices, ceral and milk, fruit, and it had nothing! Coffee had grounds all in it, no sugar for coffee, terrible overall stay

Met minimum requirement

The good: bed was comfortable, shower with hot water, a/c / heat worked, as well as frig. The bad: took 30 minutes to check in, security lock on door was broken, remote for tv was busted, shower had rusty remains of where handicap bar was broken off, light was broken and wire on it looked it had been chewed on, hole in bathroom where door handle had busted it out when opened too hard at some point. I slept, I showered so it met basic needs

We had bedbugs in the first room we stayed which was room 215. I went and spoke to front desk and they moved us to room 226. We wound up leaving a day early due to the conditions of our rooms. We were highly disappointed and disgusted.

The staff was very nice. The room was dirty, the floors were not mopped, the bathroom vanity was not cleaned. We had to have one of the bed sheets changed because it had not been changed hair all over the bed. The staff came up and changed the bed sheets. Here’s the worst my husband got bitten by a coach roach it was a horrible experience staying here. Nor to mention all the screaming last night outside.

Checked in mid afternoon, the room was not cleaned, beds not made, drink cups on counter. Was given another room, which appeared to be cleaned. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped up with hand towel. The towel turned out black. Very disappointed with my stay.

First, the pictures are nothing like what’s posted. The pool was green and dirty and not filled up. The property was dirty and people living there appeared to be drug attics. People were walking around all over the property. I was supposed to stay a week for a baseball tournament but didn’t stay one night, I cancelled and was still charged for one night.
