Whether it was at the front desk, the restaurants, housekeeping, or the entertainment team, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. One of the major highlights for me was the 24/7 bar. The vibes? Immaculate. The drinks? Always on point. The bartenders kept the energy high and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere no matter what time it was. You can literally stop by at any hour and expect great service, good music, and a whole vibe. The resort itself is stunning; clean, modern, and truly well kept. The food options were great, the entertainment was lively, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. You can relax, party, explore, or just enjoy the scenery… whatever mood you’re in, the Riu delivers. "The property is by the bay where all the cruise ships anchor but this is not a problem at all, they don't make noise, they are just gigantic. Hotel personnel was wonderful (except one morning our server was just OK) but overall a great place to stay, our room was fantastic and we will definitely, not only recommend it to our friends but we will not hesitate to come back.
