"The staff at the cafe at night, can greet approaching customers. That be hospitable. They stay quiet in front of you, leading customers to address them first."

"Lovely resort with lots of greenery and colorful murals, a great pool, easy beach access, and good food. The front desk staff were not the most courteous folks, but the restaurant/bar staff were wonderful, happy to make any drink we requested if they had the ingredients. The garden view rooms are older and smaller, but comfortable. Part of our group was in a pool view room, which was larger, newer, and nicer. I would stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to return to Jaco."
