From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could’ve been an ordinary stay into something unforgettable. Every interaction felt sincere not just polite gestures, but genuine kindness. The team always greeted me with a smile, remembered the little details, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They struck that rare balance between attentiveness and respect for your space a mark of true...

Totally LOVED this place ! From the awesome friendly manager , to his super helpful and smiley staff to the absolutely most comfortable bed ever , to the outstanding cleanliness, outstanding breakfast, coffee and juice - beautifully constructed accommodation. EVERYONE should stay here when visiting Plovdiv. So central and easy walk to everything ... would give this 20 /10 if I could.

What a delightful experience. Beautifully situated in the Old Town this charming renovated building with an amazing art collection was a pleasure from start to finish. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price which gave us a first class choice of the different generous breakfasts. The staff were outstanding- helpful accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely. However the bathroom had no hooks and no shelf space which was awkward and the toilet was actually INSIDE the shower...

Excellent stay . Friendly staff , especially loved the young girl greeting breakfast guests on arrival. Room upgrade was a bonus & fantastic tea/coffee facilities in room. Highly recommended.

This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.

Very impressive hotel well worthy of 5 star rating. Would definitely go back.
