"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"

"Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. "Espectacular hotel en un pueblo muy bonito. Lo mejor de nuestro viaje de 8 dias por Bulgaria, sencillamente fabuloso el hotel y el servicio. El restaurante es muy bueno, increible para un pueblo tan pequeño, el cocinero que tienen merece una visita. Fuimos para un dia y nos quedamos tres, el pueblo hay que verlo, se pueden hacer rutas por la monaña y el hotel tiene un spa que esta muy bien. El personal muy atento y servicial."

"Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb."

"In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information...
