"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. Rooms are very basic, but you don't go to Brussels to sit in a hotel room. Highy recommend this property."

"Excellent and will stay again "

"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"The hotel is beautifully renovated, the rooms and BR are large but the perimeters of the hotel is Unsafe. You wouldnt like being on the street at night. Plan on being in your hotel room before it gets dark. The Midi station and the metro is very close but you need to watch your back walking to it. "

"Great stay! Lovely, clean and spacious hotel. However the housekeeping took my keycard from the electricity so make sure to hide or will need to inconveniently replace. The breakfast was just sad. too expensive for 16€. Just some Lidl instant snacks, some cheeses. THE ONLY warm thing was eggs. THATS IT. Some frozen pastries that they quickly popped in the oven and coffee. Completely abyssal. Maybe it’s just the bland potato/bread cuisine that Dutch, Belgian, German people are known for....

"For the price, this hotel is superb. Very clean. Decent location (10 minutes walk to Grand Place). Helpful staff. I could be very picky about just a couple of things, but nothing crucial considering how reasonable the cost is. Great hotel."

"Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord."

"Great location. Walking distance to almost all the tourists places except the atomium. Metro station just by corner & just one stop to the Brussels Midi/zuid station. Everything was on point as shown on the pictures. I have recommended some of my friends already. "
