"The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo."

"This hotel has substantially lowered itself within the past year and has reached a new low. I usually make it a point to not be negative but it is certainly time to schedule future visits to Ruston with another hotel in town. This used to be a nice hotel, roughly a year ago."

"This property was probablu one of the oldest (if not the oldest) or the moat out of date property I've ever stayed at. The furniture in the rooms looked very aged and the lamps and other items showed rust and other out dated items. Everything was dusty, smelled old and just awful. The beds were suppose to be Queen sized beds and they were TINY!!! This was thee most disappointing stay ever."
