Security for the building checks hotel keys prior to entry after 10pm so that not just anyone can enter hotel area and access elevators, escalators. Front desk immediatley responded to a need I had. The concierge staff was friendly and very helpful. When I return to NYC, I will definitely stay at The Westin again."
