THE DIRT FROM THE OUTSIDE PATIO AREA HAD BEEN SWEPT TO A PILE OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND LEFT THERE. THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY WITH COBWEBS.THERE ARE MANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES IN THIS COMPLEX WITH MUCH BETTER ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE."
