"For 4 star hotel I expected a bit better ( floors were dirty , while taking shower water was splashing all over the bathroom floor which can cause risk of slipping and fell putting people in danger .. "

"Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited."

"Room was a bit small for a four night stay. Shower and sink both leaked. Poor communication with reception. Ordered a taxi to take us to a specific restaurant but reception told the taxi driver another restaurant. This caused us problems with the driver and ended up costing us more than planned. Reception told us we could book a taxi to Djemila but failed to tell us that we needed to apply for permission in advance. Positives were the amazing view from the back of the hotel, the comfy bed and the central location "
