"Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off"

"Great Staff in Onomo Kigali, friendly and respectful team especially their Reception Team, whom accommodated my requests during my stay. Amazing food so I am sure their chief is extremely impressive as well as their waiters and waitresses were absolutely friendly and professional first class service. Finally the house keeping team, nothing short of perfect in keeping my room clean and organised, every single day with no expense spared in their efforts to also spray the room for insects as I requested.
