"First the good. Nice staff. My room was clean and had a good bed. Now the bad (well, terrible). This property is a mess- it's falling apart. People who have reviewed it recently have really understated just how run down and sad this place is. It was totally understaffed during my stay- I felt like there were 4 housekeepers for the entire place. My room was never serviced during the 3 day stay. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. There were dirty room service dishes on the floor of the hallway the entire stay. The pool furniture was rusty and the cabana we rented had stained furniture and tears in the roof. There were no pool towels available more often than not. I saw out of order signs on three ice machines. The gym had no weights under 35 pounds and we were told "someone stole the dumbbells". The vibrant exterior paint was faded and dull, the interior paint was scuffed and the walls looked dirty. I stayed here years ago and it was a bummer to see it like this. The saving grace was my room was clean and the staff were pleasant even though wait times to get drinks or food were very long. The place is cheap, so there is that, I suppose, but I would never pay for the Saturday room rates at a place in this condition (we stayed Sunday- Wednesday) It just really needs to be closed for a complete overhaul. They did comp the resort fees when I talked to the very sweet man at the front desk when checking out (again, great staff) so that helped. Truth telling."

"This property is perfect for families with kids, and nice for everyone. The food and drinks were pretty good by the pool. We got to see ducks and other birds. My son enjoyed bringing his tricycle and riding around the property. We will definitely return for a future Spring Break."

"Poolside seating was comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. Its too bad they dont have a kitchen. As a result you have to get food and drinks on your own."

"Very Very Old Hotel but too expensive..Doesn't worth over $ 300. Never stay lower Floors. The Ceili is too weak so you will hear everthing from upstairs and you hear the foot step all the time."

Was told it was ok to cancel the room by the lady at the front counter and that she would leave notes on the ticket if she wasnt there for a cancel/refund but when hotel.com contacted them, they refused the refund. I would have just stayed the extra night but was lied to and told they would approve the cancelation. "
