"Staff let us with the impression guests were an inconvenience. Monday morning, no coffee at all, carafe out had coffee from the night before, ice cold. A guested asked for fresh coffee to Willis the attendant responded, “that is not my job.” Another guest spilled eggs on the floor in a walkway and the eggs stayed there 2+ hours. No sign no effort to clean up."

"My experience was great. We only stayed for the evening but the staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly. It was clean and very beautiful on the inside. I have no complaints except the parking. This was the only downside. It was tight and scary to drive down to the parking lot area. Plus there were no instructions from the parking area telling you how to get to the main floor. Other than that our stay was very good. Thank you."
