The price is ok for what you get. Staff is friendly. Parking is reasonably priced at $15 a day. Negatives include: There is not a safe in the room. The entrance is not well marked. The free breakfast is horrible. The bed was uncomfortable. Location was close to where our family lives so it worked out ok. But this Hyatt needs to take a good look at its amenities and try to do better.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. We made a noise complaint and security didn’t do much about the issue. The room next door to us kept playing music until well after 1:00am even after security came up. We had to wake up at 4:00am for our flight! We only slept 3 hours.

Overbooked hotel, I had made a reservation months in advance and even called ahead to confirm late check in but upon arriving after a late flight was told that my reservation would not be honored because they overbooked and I had to find a new hotel at 1am which was inconvenient and quite pricey. Staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem to care.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel and room except the trash wasn't changed in my room and there were shooters in the trash. No microwaves I brought my own food to eat and to my surprise there is only a common area microwave. Bed was broken or something. The top of the bed was much lower than the foot of the bed. A/C didnt work, made the room stuffy and hard to sleep. Thankfully it wasnt too hot of a day.

This hotel is very comfortable. It’s been newly remodeled and the rooms and bed were great. The area is convenient, but not exactly charming. The staff were all very helpful and we never had to wait for anything. We did not eat breakfast, but coffee was ready every morning and easy to access. Overall lovely visit. We will be back.

Hotel is Average. Breakfast is terrible. Everything is cold with no flavor. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. We didn’t have our room serviced so I asked the maid for 4 towels and wash clothes. We had four people in our room and the maid refused to give me 4 towels and wash clothes. Started yelling no and speaking in Spanish. Hyatt is normal so good this one wasn’t the normal.

The key to successful travel is managing expectations. That said, I expected more from Hyatt. It was just okay. Over a 5 day stay my room was only cleaned twice. Other than that, the property was …average.

The hotel is newly remodeled and felt very nice and clean. The mountain view was beautiful. Good location outside of downtown Denver but still close to downtown. We travel a lot and this by far was the best breakfast we have had at any hotel!
