Room 12, lovely view, clean and spacious. Plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and bathroom supplies provided. Unfortunately fridge door was missing shelves so there was not much storage available. Fyi there arent to many tv stations available if you like watching tv so make sure you have streaming ...

Amazing! And breathtaking view.

The place is a building site. There was no hot water the first night. The water out of the taps had sediment in it. I had to buy drinking water. Builders started power tools at 7.15am on two mornings. Tour buses did not pick up from this place.

Easy to access, safe, good choice of amenities.
Burnt Pine Apartments is a great place to stay and walkable to local eating places and shopping. It’s a special place and will only enhance your experience of beautiful Norfolk Island.
Car hire essential not included with Poinciana Cottages -
Breakfast at The Olive Lunch and dinner at Hilli’s Dinner at Dinos
Burnt Pine is a nice little township. But make sure you visit Seriously Chocolate for the BEST chocolate experience ever
Small village shopping, quite adequate, Tempo cafe and the Olive were both great breakfast and coffee.
