I’m a diamond member and disappointed with the overall quality 1. Lift wasn’t working properly - only one lift was working and it stops at every floor despite the need 2. Checkin person was not welcoming at all - she greet or offered complimentary water or information needed 3. Parking situation is very inconvenient - Denver isn’t that busy to charged $$$ for parking 4. Mediocre breakfast - something you find at a 2star hotel rather : not Hampton standard for sure.

This hotel is a bit more rundown than it looks in the pictures. Toilet didn’t work, conditioner in bathroom was actually lotion, employ containers for soap etc. rats playing in the entry way.

When I checked in, they attempted to charge me more than twice what Expedia told me I would have to pay. When I questioned it, I was told that’s what I’d have to pay, period! I reach out to Expedia, who contacted the hotel and was able to resolve it. I’m grateful it got resolved, but I shouldn’t have had to go through having the hotel trying to rip me off.

The door was so stiff that my door was slamming everytime I come and go. It's pretty good location that you can easily walk to downtown area. However, there is no designated parking lot, and the parking lot in front of hotel seems to have a lot of problem in parking fee payment. I recommend jt if you are looking for a cheaper option as you have things to do in downtown by walking.

the staff was extremely kind and helpful and really made the most of our stay. We ended up renting a car last minute and you do have to pay to park; which I wasn’t prepared for but it was also because I wasn’t really looking before. The breakfast was exceptional! About 15-20min walk to convention center and shopping area (but we may have been taking longer routes bc unfamiliar with the city) The only other thing is there was only one elevator working and the stairs were difficult to use (they didn’t go to lobby only outside) other than that the sty was great— would stay again!

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The front desk attendant explained to me several parking options so I could choose the easiest and most affordable one. Breakfast was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room about how big it was. The room was clean and the included breakfast was great! Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely book here again.

It was a great property! We had a great stay and breakfast was good! The only option for parking is valet which was I believe $45 a day but right across the street and next door there are two parking lots which is between $5-$15 a day so we used those. Overall a great stay and would return.

Extremely expensive parking options, which limited us to being Uber’d everywhere. Room cleaning only every other day, so no clean towels and no garbage pick up from the room. Who wants to pay that amount per night for such limited service. Snack bar was limited as well and usually under stocked. Hotel had a very cold environment.

The coffee did not fit into the brewer so I couldn’t brew coffee. The gym was nice. I liked the selection of dumbbells and the cable machine. It was nice to have access to coffee in the lobby 24/7. I liked the vanilla creamer. The breakfast was nice. The valet was quick. Getting extra towels was very fast.

Location to Coors Field, the Denver Aquarium, 16th street mall were good. Breakfast was good. Hot water in the room took a lot of running the water to warm up. Not sure I ever waited long enough to get water from sink taps, ran the tub to get hot water to wash up at night.

Only there for one night, but have no complaints about the hotel's cleanliness, staff was friendly. Would stay again if needing a hotel in downtown.

Parking is terrible. If you miss the valet parking, you’re gonna be liable for nearly $40 for a one night stay.
