Hotel staff were very nice. Outside & parking lot was a bit unkept. Room was clean, couch getting old. Slept well. Easy access to airport car rental returns.

The property was good. The staff didn't seem to communicate well and stay on top of things. Breakfast was good. Someone was rattling and shaking my door at 2am and again about 8am. My room key had issues and wouldn't work. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled shuttle time to get one and when he got there, he told me he didn't know he had to take me to the airport. The staff was very friendly, however.

Rooms not sound proof. We heard stomping of feet in the room above us until about midnight. We had to be up early for a 7:00 am flight so we went to bed early but could not sleep because of the noise.

We stayed here for the free shuttle service, how ever the shuttle service ended up not running during the hours of our departure OR arrival. Ended up having to pay to be picked up and dropped off anyways.

Clean and quiet, convenient and helpful shuttle. Great place for a layover, right next to a diner. Comfortable bed and pillows and they even provided shampoo AND conditioner. It’s those little things that are appreciated. Now so often big hotel chains don’t provide those simple toiletries that help when traveling.
