We had a great time at the Grand Hyatt Denver. The hotel staff were very kind, we were able to check in early. Fresh towels, glasses, and bed made every single day. We walked to the hotel from Union and while not the closest to the hotspots, it's also not far. We primarily walk on our trips, and nice places to shop or eat were about 10-15 minutes away. There is also a free bus nearby if you don't feel like walking!

The property was clean and service good. The lighting in the room was awful. There’s only reading lamps around the bed and 2 did ceiling lights that are again like a spot light near the window. I really had trouble seeing in the room because it was very dark once the sun went down. They also need a mirror in the main room. Perhaps a full length mirror on the wall. Carpet needs to be updated. I’m not a fan of dark carpets because I can’t tell how clean it is.
