"The Maya is in a very good position on the Sanur beach front. The resort however is a bit tired looking and pool area lounges, towels and other furniture and equipment are old and torn. The pool at the top end around rooms 101 - 105 was poorly maintained and cleaned only occasionally by an above ground pump. The shining light was Rue restaurant on the street side of the resort. The food was excellent, the staff were great (in particular Angel) and the whole place was clean and had a great vibe."

"GReat stay for the price - getting 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms in the family room makes a difference and is hard to find for the same price at any other hotel i bali. We have stayed 3 times as love the hotel facilities are gret as well as rooms and staff are friendly - is a bit of walk to get to beach or main road."
