Giving shout out as the service was amazing with the front desk went above and beyond including finding my iPods four days after I had left the hotel and saving them for me when we came back. Front desk amazing!!! Food was very nice including the best BLT I have had in a long time. Hotel felt new and fresh ....kudos to management

Although Expedia mismanaged our room booking for the hotel. In essence despite numerous confirmations there was no room available for us at the Holiday Inn and the hotel had no evidence that Expedia had contact with them about our booking. Everyone at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond their duties to successfully accommodate us at the Inter Continental Hotel while the error in communication was sorted out. The next day we were effectively and efficiently transferred to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our stay. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff there and the level of service could not be improved on. A five star thank you to all members of staff at the Holiday Inn😁😁😁😁😁

Property was welcoming the moment you arrived. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property was in a great location and easy to get to all areas. Property itself was a smaller size hotel but facilities were wonderful, very well maintained, and very clean. Breakfasts are very very good Highly recommended .

The breakfast had tons of options to choose from. gf has gluten allergies and they had g f bread and many options for her too. Our room was on the ground floor and facing the back alley so it was noisy at times with the traffic. Room was clean shower was great had an adjustable shower head and a rain fall shower. We didnt have a chance to use the pool view of the ocean in the background was really nice.

Holiday INNspired!

Outstanding staff! Great location, spacious clean room made my surf trip to Sanur Bali all the more better. The beach and esplanade walking path are in view from the hotel entrance and opposite is the Main Street for dinning and shopping, ect. The Buffett style breakfast had plenty of delicious options, as did the restaurant for lunch and dinner. My room was very well furnished with plenty of English cable channels to catch up on the news at the end of the day. Roof top pool was also a plus! Would definitely come back to IHG- Holiday Inn.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, 2 mins walk and also very close to cafes/ restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the hotel stand out. Buffet breakfast was delicious each morning. Ideal hotel if on business or for people who have day trips booked. Pool looks lovely offering great views but the seating area is small with very limited shade. Only 10 lounges in a row. The rooms don’t have balconies and the lobby was always roasting hot. The only area to sit outside is the walled garden which is beautiful but also offers limited shade and was always so hot. Should be able to offer day passes to beach hotels.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Room was comfortable but we had two issues with the lights during our stay - some could not be turned off unless using the master switch - however, these were fixed promptly after reporting the next morning. Only 8 loungers at the rooftop pool, and the (only) two pool umbrellas blow over in moderate winds.

Overall, I found this place to be a positive surprise. The staff were out of this world nice. Good internet, nicely located in a quiet side street with easy access to everything. My only major gripe was the aircon. While it's theoretically adjustable to temperature, in reality it has two modes: insanely cold blast guaranteed to make you sick, or no cooling at all. I tried 2 rooms and both had the same issue. The only option was having about 18c air (even if I tried to set it up to 24) blasted in your face day and night, which predictably led into me being sick for over a week. The rooftop pool area is the one thing that looks way nicer in pictures. It's tiny, cramped, not well kept, and hard to get a sunbed (there were like 8 of them total). Pillows were pretty bad (there's a hard and soft option but somehow both felt low quality), but that could be personal preference. Overall, if they can fix the aircon issue, I would actually stay again for the right price.
