"We absolutely loved our stay at Chinook Winds! The owners went above and beyond by picking us up at the train station and even giving us a tour of the town, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As owners of a travel agency, we usually stay in large corporate hotels and rarely book cabins or locally owned accommodations. This was a last-minute reservation, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptional—from the incredibly comfortable bed to the soft towels and great coffee. It was, without question, the best lodging we experienced during our Alaska trip. The photos truly don't do this place justice. We can't say enough good things about Chinook Winds and will absolutely be recommending and booking it for our clients in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"This cabin was a fun, cute, cozy historic place to stay. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had exactly what we needed and we really enjoyed staying here. It is perfect for being able to enjoy Talkeetna conveniently. It was quiet but close to all the wonderful places to eat and enjoy in town."
