"Clean, warm and cozy rooms! The proprietors are wonderfully friendly and make you feel like a neighbor. The walls are a little thin, morning that sleeping with earplugs wouldn't fix. Very close to pretty much anything you would want to do in Talkeetna.
When we return to Talkeetna, we'll definitely return to the Swiss Alaska. "

"Such a wonderful property! Well accommodated and comfortable. Property was clean, lots of space, and super comfortable beds. Hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. Location was very quiet and tucked away but close to Talkeetna and views of Denali (if it hadn’t been cloudy). Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. "

"Fantastic lodging option and very affordable. The rooms are located above a very popular bar that does Karaoke night which is very fun and lively. Everytime I told people in the area I was staying at the Fairview Inn they would always ask me questions about the place because of its rich history. Be aware though that the rooms are quite small and there are shared bathrooms, but with two bathrooms you won’t have to wait long to use them and they’re cleaned every day. I highly recommend the Fairview Inn if you’re okay in a smaller space and just need a room for sleeping while enjoying what Alaska has to offer."
