Nestled in the peaceful hills of Demossville, Kentucky, just twenty minutes from the Ark Encounter and steps from the Bourbon Trail. The Owl's Nest is a modern retreat for up to twenty guests. This new-build, four-bedroom home boasts king and queen beds in three bedrooms, an enormous walk-in rain shower, plus a spacious upstairs bunk room sleeping up to nine. The open-concept flows to a stunning porch view and private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after adventures. Sleep sound, wake inspired.

The property was well stocked and offered nice views, which we appreciated. However, our experience with the host after checkout was disappointing.We followed the checkout instructions and completed the required cleaning checklist, including additional cleaning. Despite this, we encountered issues after our departure related to the condition of the property.While the listing is marketed as family-friendly, we would not recommend it for families with children due to the potential for post-stay disputes and the tone of the post-checkout communication.
