"Amazing hotel…. Staff are so lovely and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Metro station 3 minute walk very convenient location 15 minutes into Amsterdam central, 30 minute journey from Schiphol airport. I would definitely recommend staying here thank you so much to all the lovely staff for helping me and my sister when in need. "

"Is nice and quiet, but is not like in the pictures. They offer you breakfast (around 10 euros) and the toilets are shared. The Metro station is 5 minutes away and from there another 20 to city centre. "

"The room was exactly as pictured—clean, well-presented, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the amenities were extremely lacking. There was no hairdryer in the room or bathroom, and although we requested one upon arrival, it was never provided. The trash can was so small it was practically useless, and there wasn’t even a mini fridge, despite there being more than enough space for one. Storage was also an issue—the hanging area was far too small, making it difficult to manage four coats. The bathroom setup was not ideal for a room that accommodates four people. It was designed as one open space with the toilet, sink, and shower all together and no dividers, meaning only one person could use it at a time, which was inconvenient. That said, the location is absolutely fantastic. It’s just steps away from the train station and surrounded by restaurants, a grocery store, a movie theater, and a fun gaming area. The convenience of the area really stands out and adds a lot to the overall experience."

"I reserved two room, one was adequately sized while the other was extremely small. Room was clean with good amenities. Breakfast was good with plentiful choices."

"From me booking i sent an email to stay i might get three an hour early so can i just wait at the reception.I did not get a reply and on getting there ,there was this elderly man at the reception who was very rude towards my sister and i. We stood there for almost 30mints as he appeared to be very angry...we literraly had to ask if he didn't notice us and if we could sit down and all he said was he was busy and had to attend to people. So we had to ignore him and go sit down as we were tired. But over all i would give it 3 out of 5 because other staff members were hospitable but the cleaner never came to clean our rooms for the days we spent there."

"Lovely hotel 5mins from bullewijk station, perfect for going in and out of the city... Rooms clean, shower leaked abit though. Safe available, great space for visit! Added bonus iron/board in room! Only had coffee/drinks in bar area, very nice, staff helpful and cheery. Check in/out super easy! Downside noise from construction roundabout however wouldn't put me off staying again"
