"Great location, easy to get to on the tram. Not a terrible walk from the train station either. Note: taxis are not keen on taking passengers to or from the hotel, so be prepared to use the tram or walk. This will be something to keep in mind if you arrive late at night or have an early train on your departure. I took the tram to the hotel and walked to the train station and it was no problem. As for the hotel, it was great if you don’t mind the walk to the city center. I didn’t find it to be a problem. Staff - amazing and so helpful. The gym and other amenities were great! Would 100% return!"

"Everyone that worked at the hotel was very helpful, friendly and personable. The thing we did not like was there was a 2 - 4 inch topper mattress that was put over the mattress on the bed. The topper was not the correct size and it moved around. You couldn't sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off and the sheet kept coming off."

"The hotel and rooms are gorgeous and in a great location. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great and the room was huge, which is not a common thing among hotels in Europe... so this was a definite plus for our last night in Europe, before a long flight home the next day. Also, our room had a wall of windows with a view of the water. All in all great. The only reason I didn't give 5/5 is because the people in the room above us were extremely loud, heavy walkers, banging and slamming things down on the floor above us until about 1030pm, it resumed for the majority of the next morning. This is obviously not controllable or at the fault of the hotel - and keeping in mind that it is a very old building, where perfect sound-proofing is not possible. There was not other crazy noice issues, but the elephants above did drag the experience down a little bit."
