"This property is in an awesome location! Directly on the river Ness. Charming neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful. Only reason not 5 star across the board is the lack of provided toiletries (hair care products) and the distillery’s lack of brand products. Were told they not yet producing whisky? Anyway, the breakfast was amazing and overall experience was excellent!"

"The communal areas were decorated in keeping with a classic highland theme which was good. The room although clean and comfortable would benefit from modernisation. "Very convenient location! 2 night stay. Nice room. Great buffet breakfast. My only issue was that I was not informed at checkin that the room would not be cleaned automatically. But I had enough towels and they took my rubbish away and provided extra sugars when I requested. They also pre booked a taxi for me. Thankyou."
