"Very kind and attentive staff. Clean mostly modern rooms. No bedbugs (I check for these everywhere I stay). Bathrooms were kinda simple but they did the job. The pool and view on the roof were amazing. The whole facility smelled fresh and good too. Very good value at the price!"

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "1st day our locks at the door did not work amd they to call in maintenance to repair it. We were checked in the sky king suite. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very polite and accomodating. The bathtub had a malfunction that did not drain the water. There was also an occurance where the water stopped working momentarily. The view is to die for!"

"Owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located along the main road and is nearby known restaurants. The only problem is the low water pressure of the bidet and shower, but other than that, our stay was superb. They provide good breakfast, too. "

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

"Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage."

"Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax."

"The staff are very accommodating and friendly :) there is a nice common area with a very good lake view... Unfortunately, the facilities are old. The room is very disappointing. The restroom is not so clean, shower and heater is malfunctioning... and the bedroom has centipede and spider, yikes! "

"No wifi in room although it said free wifi. No breakfast when it says bed and breakfast. it is pricey for the room’s condition and overall service. There is plenty of room for improvement. "

"DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The reality when you come into their room is far from what you see on their site. The owner was very difficult to contact before my check-in. The room is pestered with lots of cockroaches creeping in the bed sheets. The foam is dirty and the curtains are smelly. I paid for breakfast but I did get one. Customer service sucks."
