"My stay there was fantastic, its very near wangfujing street which is full of shopping complexes and FnB. Shout-out to the housekeeper madam 孔卫红, she took great care of our room, restock the amenities and does a wonder daily cleaning. On the first night my wife found the pillow to be too soft so she stacked a bathrobe underneath it, the housekeeper noticed this the next day and place an additional pillow for her without us asking. Wonderful!"

"Our family recently stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, and overall it turned into a truly memorable experience. We did encounter some issues with the room condition on the day we checked in, which was a bit stressful given our tight schedule during a short stay in Beijing. However, what really stood out was how the hotel handled the situation. The staff went above and beyond to make things right and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and handled everything with such care and efficiency. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"Great location! Got a room upgrade and loved the room. The towels felt so clean and soft, it was a really nice room. Location was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, we didn’t have to walk far to grab food. The staff was really nice."

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Despite the staff not speaking fluent English (and our complete lack of ability to speak Chinese), everyone was incredibly accommodating to ensure all of our requests were met. One challenge is the location of the hotel which, if you're coming by DiDi, is somewhat of a mystery because the hotel is not right on a main street. We were fortunate to get some very good help from folks in a nearby shop, but it was mildly confusing for us coming from the airport and being dropped off in a spot that looked nothing like the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely recommend to other travelers who want a clean, accessible, and unique stay in Beijing right off of Qianmen Street. "

"The hotel is excellent! The location is very convenient and right next to the QianMen commercial/tourist area which offers a lot to explore. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, and will go out of way to help the guests. The maintenance/cleanliness is very good as well, because the clean staff are just great and even will ask for feedback. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I travel to Beijing."

The building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfasts are very good. Special thanks to Ksenia at the reception, who kindly explained where it is most convenient to exchange money and also recommended places worth visiting besides Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City."
