Fantastic relaxing stay at the Zen nothing too much trouble. The apartment is specious got everything you need even got a washing machine. Bed comfy. Huge balconies over looking pool and harbour. Wonderful Pool over looking harbour. Lots of good breakfast options, provides to go breakfsst for early starts. Rooftop bar is a real asset,bstunjing views of the city especially at sunset. The complimentary nibbles a nice touch. 10-15 minute walk to the city and waterfront. The air con in gym isnt positioned well for cardio machines and could do with more equipment. But i would def return when next in darwin.

The rooms are magnificent , views wonderful, breakfasts amazing.. Short walk to the city or Waterfront for amazing restaurants. ROOFTOP bar is fantastic, ,would recommend it to anybody .

Friendly staff who went above and beyond for us to enjoy our vacation, breakfast was included each morning as well as free car parking, this will be my permanent residence when visiting Darwin in the future

Rooms were excellent...enjoyed much time on the covered balcony. Zen was far enough from downtown that it was quiet, but close enough to easily walk to shopping, and some bars and restaurants. Pool was beautiful and clean. Horizen cafe served delicious breakfasts. Parking was easy. Rooftop bar was a definite plus. Would highly recommend this place.

The Property itself was perfect for what we needed. Much better than a Hotel as it has a kitchenette, washer, dryer, stove, fridge, oven AND dishwasher all within the cozy apartment. It was spacious enough for the two of us with an awesome balcony to watch the storms and lightning! With the option of a smoking room - it was perfect for my Husband who usually has to wander downstairs with a Hotel. The staff were BRILLIANT - we were there for his 40th bucket list of watching the storms in Darwin. I noted this request when I made the booking and they delivered :) We got a fabulous view, nice and high up AND a Happy Birthday note on our bed upon arrival. We felt very welcomed at the Ramada. Beautiful Pool, fabulous inhouse breakfast Café and we LOVED the roof top garden and bar!! Everything was very close - while it was too hot to walk, we did hire a car and (surprisingly) we did not get lost! We are already making plans for another visit in 2024. Ramada Suites was our home away from home and we highly recommend these Suits against a Hotel any day!! Thank you to the Staff of the Ramada - 11 out of 10 stars.

Near to town, view of the port nothing special
Hotel is located a short walk from town, but with in walking distance. There is parking available free of charge. Reception were good, although on asking for a 2nd key it took them 4 days to come back to us, in our 6 days stay. We didn't get it resolved. The pool is ok. although it isn't very large and you don't get any sun from the afternoon. You can't sit around the pool easily as you get soaked from "kids" big and small jumping in and out and splashing with pool noodles. Even at the side where the cafe is we got soaked. The evening canapes were nice on the 16th floor, drinks were very expensive though so be warned. $13 for a pint of lager. Rooms were spacious, you can't sit on your balcony as the AC units are pumping out hot air so makes it really uncomfortable. Kitchen has most items you could want. Overall its good but not great!

Nice hotel with very helpful staff.
Nice place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. And very convenient walking distance to shops and the harbour. Too bad there was only 1 lift as the 2nd lift was broken all teh 4 night I was there.

A good choice
It was a nice stay. My only complaint was that there was only one elevator in use for the whole building. Other than that, it is a very comfortable hotel.

This is our second time staying here and we love the property. The only thing that lets it down is the breakfast... Food is always lukewarm... the hot water for tea/coffee is never boiling and the food itself... well there is room for improvement.. Also... a few spotlights over the bathroom mirror would be appreciated as the lighting is quite dull... Would we stay here again? Yes...

Breakfast and the rooftop bar were terrific. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and a decent view. Lots of thought provoking pictures on the walls throughout the hotel. An excellent stay, staff very helpful and friendly, but no porter!
