Kelly and Ndey on reception were outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly helpful as always.Housekeeping were equally impressive, keeping everything spotless with a friendly smile. The bar staff added to the experience with their charm and excellent service. A special mention must go to the incredible,breathtaking views across the bay. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel.
