"The apartment is great, but the immediate local Deep Ellum area can sometimes be problematic. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well appointed with the beds very comfortable & the kitchen is large & new. The TV, WiFi and heating/cooling all work very well. The window views and rooftop area are very good. Door entry on the 7th level is easy, although we weren't given the building and gym code & had to call to find out. The weekend throws up a lot of street noise with clubs, rowdy people & car hoons. We suffered from this on Friday & Sat night, with also increased party people booking rooms in the building for Fri/Sat and causing some awkward noise & interactions in the G.L lobby & elevators. Thankfully, it all settled down on the weekdays to be relatively quiet. Overall, it was the best accommodation we stayed at considering value for money during our USA holiday. We thought that the spacious accommodation was indeed very good & worthwhile. "

"Pool was closed. Room got cleaned once during a three day stay. Asked the front desk for an extra blanket, was given a mattress pad. To top it off… a car literally BLEW up in front of the hotel at 3am!! Found a burnt up car blocking the street in the morning. This is not a great area or hotel. Scary."

"Check in was less than stellar due to an internet outage but the host worked as fast as possible to amend the issue. Once we were in, the awful noise pollution from the bars and restaurants next to the building made for a terrible night though. From revving car and motorcycle engines to club music and sirens, I would not recommend this flat during the weekend. Could be different during the week, but maybe not worth the risk. Bedrooms definitely need black out curtains. Loud and bright equals almost no sleep at all. "

"Great downtown location, close to parkways/tollways, fantastic breakfast, happy hour drinks and small bites, good gym equipment, room temperature controls worked great, good water pressure in the shower and full kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again."

"Misleading listing. Does not sleep 4, unless you sleep on an inflatable bed. Reeks of cheap perfume. Black flies gather around your food. "Speakeasy" in a closet with curtains. Host does not give check-in instruction until you have been sitting in front of the door for 1 hour. Got a refund from VRBO because they quickly figured out how much of a scam this place was. And the host ask you to give a 5-star review! What a joke. "
