I checked in a little after 11:00 PM. I accidentally booked a handicapped room by mistake. The lady behind the front desk was very rude about it. She was also rude to her colleague. I commend that many for being professional and kind even when she was not. The morning staff was a little bit more friendly though.

Stayed here for a day for a work trip. I was given a room on the second floor which had a malfunctioning AC unit and I was getting sick fast with a sore throat. Went ahead and reported to the front desk representative Ree, who was able to immediately put the room on maintenance and shift me to a much better room on the first floor. Thank you for being so considerate and keeping customers satisfied!

Check in was fine. When I got to my non smoking room, it smelled like weed and cigarettes. I just drove 6 hours to get here for the night and was just too tired to ask for a different room.

Great staff. Had super noisy neighbors and they were helpful in moving me to a new room. Clean and on a quiet side street. Close to all kinds of restuarants.

Was not happy with our stay. No A/C working in the side bedroom. It was SO hot and we got no sleep. Beds and bathroom were dirty. Asked for more towels and was told that they didn’t have any. So our family of six (which was stated in the reservation) had to share 3 towels. (He did bring us one extra finally once my husband and mother both complained). Bathtub wouldn’t drain while shower was going and by the time you were done my feet were covered. Spigot was loose and made noise when shower pull was on (I have pictures). Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would not recommend even though it was nice to have a room that fit us all. That was the only positive.

Everything was great until about an hour from check out, which is 11am. At 10:15am, I was just out of the shower and the cleaning staff walked right into my room. Total safety issue because I was very scared and someone could get really hurt just walking into a room. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was good, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, toast...lots of choices. TONS of places to go within walking distance.

It was disgusting and messy, mold in the shower, stains on the bed, hair on the bed, stains on the carpet and couch. smoke smell in a non smoking room. I asked for new bed set and they didnt have any clean ones (surprise), but they assured me it was cleaned. Pictures say it all

Elevator Broken, Stairs for Girls Who Can't Walk
I booked two connecting rooms with two queen beds with no stairs, for my two disabled daughters. When we got there after midnight, we were told that our rooms were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. I never received any notification that our special request could not be satisfied and there were no rooms on the first floor with two queen beds, connecting or not. We ended up taking the rooms on the second floor because we had no other choice given the time of night. My girls had to struggle to get up the stairs which caused them an immense amount of pain. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the elevator was broken so I could book another hotel.

Good bang for your buck!
On hotels.com check in is at 3pm but don’t be fooled, checkin is at 4pm. Just an inconvenient way to start my stay when you show up at 330 to then be made to sit around till after 4. Other than that beds where good, breakfast was good just don’t wait long to eat because there slow to refill stuff or just don’t and water didn’t get very hot for a shower. Lastly hotel is in a direct flight path so you’ll hear planes but not a huge inconvenience.
