"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place itself was nice and easy to enjoy, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The rooftop was a standout—such a cool spot to hang out—and the gym was solid as well. Overall, it felt like a great value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again."

"We looked at pictures and reviews and picked this place. Hotel is one star at best. The lobby looks like a cheap hostel. We thought maybe rooms are better. We wnt upstairs and saw the room is worse. We immediately came down and asked for refund. They said it has to go through corporate. So we booked another hotel and later we were told we are not getting any refund. So they charged us for 3 nights for 2 rooms that we did not use. I am disputing the charge on my card. Stay away from this place."

"The staff are incredibly friendly, you will instantly feel welcomed and the location is super convenient with a metro and metrobus station just feet away. The only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. I felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab and I could not get much sleep. If not for the bed, I would stay here anytime I returned to CDMX"

"Great place to stay if you travel to Mexico City. Clean room, sometimes you could listen speak people between room but this is not a problem."

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room had a full sized refrigerator, a coffee maker, cook top and microwave plus a full set of dishes. One thing to note is that it is located on a very busy street and intersection so the traffic noise is very loud at times."
