"Thank you to the staff of the Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu. As soon as we got off the taxi, we were greeted with extraordinary warmth and extra attention to details! We inquired about directions to the Hakone doorway, but instead your staff personally drove us there! Your hospitality is above and beyond! We will definitely visit again! The onsen with the spectacular view is a sight to behold. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Next time we will stayed much longer! "
