"
A serene, modern, and stylish place with a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. Located in a quiet area of the city yet still easily accessible to all the main attractions. The beautiful garden and surrounding grounds are perfect for peaceful morning walks, and the elegant breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. I would definitely recommend it."
"The hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location close to transport and with plenty of dining options nearby. There was a bakery downstairs so that was a perfect destination for breakfast. The rooms were clean and a decent size. We booked 2 rooms and requested that they be next to one another and this was easily accommodated beforehand. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We appreciated the shuttle back and forth from Ogotoonsen Station. We had the most relaxing room with a beautiful view of Lake Biwa. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour. "
