"Easy walking distance to GO station to get into Toronto. Easy walk over a pedestrian bridge to the new Pickering City Centre and Movie Theatre. Brand new building with excellent security and a concierge. Nice gym. Walking distance to the waterfront trail. The only negative is that there is currently building construction next door so it is a bit loud during the day. It is quiet after about 5 pm and overnight."

"Beautiful layout of space and convenient area. Very friendly, clean and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and the bathroom/shower had clean towels, face cloths and shampoo/conditioner/soap.The bathroom situation is definitely best for couples, single individuals or families with very small children as it is quite literally the closet in the bedroom. Well worth the price and will stay on my radar for future visits! Thank you for the hospitality."

6/10 Okay

"The room was clean but had a funky odor when I first walked in. The TV and dresser it sat on needed obvious dusting (dust was visible on the black surfaces). The desk chair upholstery was torn/ needed repair. I appreciated the included continental breakfast (toast, pastries, fresh fruit and juices, oatmeal, individual yogurts, coffee/ tea) - but when I tried to add on an order of eggs (as an advertised option in the room), upon arriving 15 minutes before breakfast service ended, I was told it was too late; would have appreciated some flexibility on that. On the plus side, the hotel bar was a quiet place to enjoy a light bite and drink after days of work meetings, and bar service was great."

"The hotel was nice and clean. A little hard to find because it's behind another hotel and a small outlet/parking lot. The staff was welcoming and nice. There's free parking which we were happy about. Fresh hot breakfast was served every morning (eggs, bread, waffles) and we had the options of cereal and fruits too. They had a nice small gym and swimming pool if you wanted to go for a dip. The hotel was close drive to restaurants as well. Definitely would come back again."

"The Ice machine was leaking all weekend causing a patron to fall. There were no extra pillows or blankets. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillow cases smelled musty. The pillows felt like cut up foam and not easy to sleep on. This particular branch in the chain was very disappointing as we always stay with Motel 6 when travelling but will not stay here again unless there are major updates done to this hotel."

"Food was absolute zero, not something I looked forward to, disposable paper plates provided if you want, I don’t want to imagine taking cereal in a disposable paper plate or making kids take cereal in that kind of plate. The room is simply bare, the bathroom door will not open entirely as it is leaning on the toilet seat 😂 and a lot more but I will stop at less !"
