"We stayed one night as were visiting for a kids soccer tournament. We were upgraded to a suite with a separate room and it was good! The attention was great, and breakfast included was also good for our family. The obvious thing I may suggest is to improve the sofa bed. It was impossible to sleep on it, maybe a more sturdy mattress would improve it. But other than that, it’s a great hotel for what we needed."

"I had an ok stay at Homewood Suite Hilton..Staff was very accommodating and helpful …Breakfast was good for what they provided ….Room was clean, every thing was good but the only minor thing could not sleep well because of the noisy vents, air condition or heater…when it comes on it was very loud preventing me from sleeping! But in all everything else was ok"

"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!"
