Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. "Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"Everything was perfect, pretty good location if you don’t want to be too close to the city center, bus stop 6 minutes away from the hotel. Uber/taxi to the center is around 4-10€(depending where you’re going Jiaoxi, Wai’ao Beach etc) I would recommend and gladly come back !"

"Highly recommended! I really like the design of the room, and the well design of the common area. Unlimited welcome drinks (tea, wine, ect) and snacks (cookies, cake, etc). Staff are very helpful, my son had nose bleeding in the lobby, they helped out right away, and sent an ice pack to us. Just the view of the hot spring in the balcony got blocked a bit (I think it is a security reason) and the bathroom sink is a bit limited. Also, the price is very beautiful, about $200+/night! "
