A colonial looking building near the riverside, the building was a little dated, lift and stairs were a little worn, but the pool was good, albeit crowded.
The view of the pool/river is pleasant, however the other side had absolutely nothing to see, in fact we had to keep the curtains drawn because of construction across the road.
Good location, close to the ancient town of Hoi An, and also short walk to the night market.
Buffet breakfast was sufficient, staples were a little bland but there was enough variety, the selection did not change much from day-to-day.
Our group of 7 (4 rooms) noticed a significant difference in the air-conditioning with the double rooms (both garden and river views) having much more powerful AC compared to the garden view twin rooms.
