Amazing hotel. The grounds are stunning and our room.was clean and super spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I have had - so many option, beautiful presented and so fresh. Of I had to pick a negative it would be the bed - it was too soft (unusual in Asia).

A fantastic stay. Staff are terrific as is the breakfast buffet. Room had everything that I could want and the bed was comfortable with a mattress topper. Situated within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, in the hustle and bustle, but the hotel itself is quiet. The Risemount is my new home in Da Nang

The advertised rooftop pool and second bar is completely false. They are locked for months. Rented 3 rooms, all were supposed to overlook the pool, only one of them did. Nice people, slightly dated hotel, great beds.

All staffs were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. However, it was noisy at night because the hotel is in front of the busy street. I heard car/bikes' horn a lot. If it weren't for the noisiness, it couldn't have been better.
