Overall this was a decent budget friendly hotel. I wouldn't say it is 4 stars. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was a typical mix of different foods. Not great but decent. We had a sea view with a large window from wall to wall. Very convenient location about 3 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of good food all around. I would stay again if in the area.

Excellent location. If you jog 8n the morning the park is across the street and one lap is about 3km. Close enough to the walking street but not close enough to hear the music. Staff is very friendly, especially the door man in the evening. Clean people were amazing Very close to several small parts and laundry places. We got the balcony and was worth every penny. Only bad thing is the bathroom did not have a bidet. Besides that great place to stay.

I stayed from April 3 to 7th 2026. Had an ocean view room on the 12th floor. The view was incredible! Location is perfect, just 100 m from the beach, with dozens of cafes and bars nearby. Every day I was doing my morning routing - early morning beach walking and sea swimming after:) Hotel was providing the beach towels. Everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location just a block back from the beach. Many decent restaurants, pubs, massage businesses, coffee carts etc are within 100m. Also 2 supermarkets are within 50m. The room was large but noisy, very old, obvious water damage from a previous plumbing issue. The fan in the bathroom also dripped for a 3 days of our 7 day stay. Plumbing noises from other rooms were loud at all hours. Breakfast was below average for quality of selections. It was quite disappointing. The rooftop pool was small but had character and a nice view. It also had a nice sunny area with a couple of loungers and a table. The bathroom on the pool/gym level was disgusting. The gym isn’t a gym of any use. We enjoyed our stay there but did spend as little time as possible in the room and complete skipped breakfast on the last 2 mornings.

A Friendly Place

I stayed here last year, and although it is an older building, its location and price make this a worthwhile stay. This time, I opted for a long term stay (3 months) so my rent was just $400 per month. The ocean view is great and many restaurants are within walking distance.

windows are not clean - understandable because proximity to the sea. breakfast is very basic but you get a sandwich and juice. very good for the money pool is very basic but overall the location makes it up and beds and room are clean

This is a older hotel situated only 2 blocks from the My An Beach. Hotels shows its age but our room was well kept and clean. The king size bed was comfy. Not to mention the beautiful ocean view. Its only a block or two to the An Tourn tourist district. With many restaurants and pubs close by that you can choose local or international food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when next time we visit Da Nanh.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels all smelled very nice. The view was good - ocean and a few hotels. This is like the second line of buildings after the beach. The area is nice with good restaurants and walking distance to beautiful beach. The hotel is old, the pool and gym are not clean or at all taken care off. The breakfast was ok but they didn’t refill the food and we were there like 8:30. The hotel needs renovations and the walls are very thin. You hear everything and there is alot of renovations going on in the area so if you are sensitive to noise - bring earplugs. Overall okay for this price but the pictures looked way nicer than the actual hotel..

I stayed at Nhat Mingh for a whole week, and it was the perfect location from which to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area. The hotel staff rocked, and each and every member was very accommodating. The free breakfast was nice perk; however, at times I thought it could have been a bit better. But I did love the little spring rolls that they served.

Rooms were ok, but floors and stairs were always filled in with furnitures and other matresses from other room. Breakfast was decent and proposed a lot of variation. Pool was unfortunately close for the first week but then got extended for another 2 weeks. The staff forgot to register me to the local police (after I expressively asked then to help). This was ultimately resolved thanks to the help of the staff but these are the some things that makes the whole experience harder than it should have been.
