I had a lovely 5 night stay at Homestay Lan Uyên in Hoi An. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom, and the whole property is very clean. Ms Thủy the manager was welcoming and helpful, she arranged laundry, day tours, and airport transfers for me. The family were all very friendly and helpful. The property is right in the centre of Hoi An, with easy walking to restaurants and markets. My room was at the front of the property so I got some noise from the nearby bars/live music, but that stopped by about 9:30pm each evening. I would happily stay here again.

The home stay is all round a great place to stay, location is perfect, rooms are clean with hot showers, fridge and air con. Ms Thuy and her family are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early for check in and received water and fruit after a long night bus. They also managed to check us in earlier than it states. Would definitely come back.

Welcoming and comfortable place
We loved our stay. The hotel is close to everything but being just a block off meant it was quiet and convenient. The staff is incredibly helpful. When we checked in, she went thru the sites and asked if we needed any help with tours. She also knew where to go in town for specific things. She also arranged our pick up and drop off at the train station in Da Nang.

The right homestay for us!
Sooo friendly and helpful host! Pretty much right where you want to be for Hoi An but still quiet enough for sleeping.

Loved this homestay! We had a few questions before arriving and they were promptly answered, clearing up any questions for me. When we arrived, we greeted warmly by the host’s family and treated to candies and water. We were only there for one night so on our arrival, they asked about our plans for transfer to the airport after our stay. They were able to arrange a taxi for us since we were leaving quite early, before their shuttle be running. He asked what we would like for breakfast and despite assuring him we didn’t need anything, when we left at 5:30am the following morning our host had prepared a container of fresh fruit for snacks :) The room was clean and well-stocked, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was appropriately strong. Despite all the tile in the honestly, we didn’t hear any of the other guests. It is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants… and the host provided a map with points of interest. Overall, it was an excellent stay - wish we could have stayed longer! Would strongly recommend to anyone traveling to this area!!!

Awesome place to stay for a few nights in Hoi An. Location is right where you want it to be, super convenient to visit the old town. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very helpful with booking transport and tours.

Thuy est une personne à connaître. Elle est très à l'écoute, souriante et attentionnée. Elle nous a organisé les transferts, les excursions et nous a recommandé de très bonnes adresses. Merci encore à elle ! L'hôtel est idéalement placé. Tout peut se faire à pied. On recommande vivement !!!

夫婦で2泊宿泊。 最初から最後まで親切なアットホームな小さい宿です。 留守番のおじいちゃんが可愛い。 部屋は、ミニマルですが十分です。 ナイトマーケット近くにあるが静かで過ごしやすい。 裏にはミニマートもあり買い物には困りませんでした。

ナイトマーケットからも、旧市街からも歩いてすぐの便利な場所ですが、夜は静かに過ごせました。お部屋もバスルームも清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。 スタッフの皆さんも親切でフレンドリーでした。また機会があれば利用させてもらいたいです。

ナイトマーケット、旧市街へも近く街を散策するには立地は申し分ありません。施設については一つひとつについてはそれぞれコメントはありますが全体としてはコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。3階のシティビューの部屋に宿泊しました。確かに旧市街を見ることはできますが狭い路地の隙間からなので過度の期待はしない方が良いと思います。旧市街の状況を確認するには便利です。気楽に旧市街の散策、食事、街スパを楽しみたい方にはおすすめの宿だと思います。

世界遺産の旧市街、ナイトマーケットからほど近く、立地は抜群です。 また、ホテルで自転車を無料で貸してくれるので、私はこれに乗ってアンバンビーチやココナッツボート乗り場に出かけました。　 朝食は数種類から選べ、どれも美味しくマンゴーとスイカまで出してくれました。 部屋は快適で、水回りも清潔です。　 空調機の効きも問題ありませんでした。 コバエなど多少の虫が出ましたが、これはどこに泊まっても出る可能性があるので気にしても仕方がありません。　 ホテルでは各種ツアーの予約が取れます。　 私はミーソン遺跡ツアーとダナンへの帰りのバスを手配してもらいましたが、問題ありませんでした。　 ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で、いつも気さくな笑顔で接してくれました。　 値段を考えると非の打ち所がないホテルです。

部屋自体は必要最低限のものしかありませんが、広くて清潔快適でした。観光には便利な場所なのに、表通りから1本奥なので静かで眠りやすかった。空港からのタクシーの手配、観光地の案内など親切かつ感じ良く対応してくれたので満足。

前回とても快適に過ごせたので迷わずリピート。 今回も部屋は三階のトゥポン川が見えるデラックスダブルルーム。ここのバルコニーから見る夜のホイアンは風情があり、いうまでもなく昼も夜もどこへ行くにも絶好の立地です。朝食もフルーツの盛り合わせとベトナム中部の麺料理または洋食を数種類の中から選べます。どれもその場で調理してくれるので美味しいです。 近くにはNhà hàng Góc Việtというレストランも経営していて、そこで食べれる中部料理はどれも美味しいです。それに価格も安いので沢山食べてもお財布には優しいです。ただ注意してほしいのは夜しか営業してません。 あとは、ホテル側の責任ではありませんが、近所に夜中まで音楽を流している店があるので気になる人は耳栓を用意するとよいと思います。しかし、そんなことを忘れるほど魅力のある快適でアットホームな経験ができるホテルです。

まるでホイアンの隠れ家。ホイアン旧市街どこへ行くにも最高の立地場所でした。綺麗に清掃された部屋、ロビーと清潔なベット。そして家具、飾られている絵画や工芸品がホイアンらしさを醸し出してました。 家族で経営していて、ウェルカムジュース、朝食すべてその場で手作りしれくれとても美味しかったです。家族で面倒をみてくれて、なんだか外へ出て帰ってくるとまるで家に帰るような気分でした。おすすめの近くにあるレストランで宿泊客と伝えると10％割引してくれました。地元のお客でとても混んでましたが、ベトナム中部の料理がどれもリーズナブルでとても美味しく楽しめました。 ホイアンには何度も来てますが、また泊まりたいと思う自信を持って勧めてられるホームステイホテルでした。

飛行機が遅れて深夜0:15分に到着、オーナーが起きていて出迎えてくれました、今日は疲れただろうからチェックインは明朝でいいからと優しい対応。 ロビーも清潔で部屋も綺麗で清潔感がありアメニティも全て揃っています。 翌朝のブレックファーストは三種類のフルーツと選べるドリンクに始まり、5種類から選ぶ食事、この値段でこのサービスと思ってしまいます。部屋に電気ケトルは無いけれどロビーにあります。 宿を出て真っ直ぐ20～30メートルでリバーサイドの夜のメインストリートに出れる最高の立地、旧市街まで徒歩で3分、日本人橋まで徒歩で5分。 ナイトマーケットまで徒歩で2分、お酒が好きな人は徒歩30秒でバーが軒を連ねるメインストリート！ スタッフもみんな笑顔を絶やさない人は達で、何から何まで手伝おうとしてくれます。とても親切で優しいスタッフ達です。 たまたま、年末年始に3泊した事もあって素晴らしいサービスを受ける事となり、ビックリと感謝です。 大晦日に散策から夜戻ると部屋のテーブルにHAPPY NEWYEARと書かれた素敵なカードとフルボトルのワインと２つのワイングラスが置いてありました、それと気が利く事にワインオープナーまでちゃんと添えられていました完璧なサービスです。 値段の安い宿でここまでサービスしてくれる所ははじめてです。フロントのお姉さんはいつも声をかけてくれて安心します。禁煙ですのでタバコを吸う方はロビーの外のテラスで。 コスパ最高の皆さんにお薦めしたいです、宿から徒歩30秒で画像の夜景を楽しめます。

【良い点】 アットホームな家族経営の宿。 チェックイン時や朝食にに出してくれるパッションフルーツジュースが美味しい！ ネットもさくさく、お湯もきちんと出る。 クリスマスに泊まったら切り絵の素敵なクリスマスカードをくれるなど、とってもあたたかいもてなしを受けた。 【注意点】 英語の堪能なスタッフさんは夕方までしかおらず、夜何かあるとその人に電話するなど必要で、解決に時間がかかる。 当日仕上がると聞いていたランドリーが届いておらず、明日になると言われた(が、改めてお願いするとその夜持ってきてくれた)。 ところどころにアリがいるので、自然豊かだしアリぐらいいるよね、と思える人向け。 宿の前は道が細いので、ツアーや送迎など頼む場合は大通りまで出るなど注意が必要。
